Not worth to buy. Sound is so static and not really a surround sound like. I went back to Bestbuy and returned it.

Don't buy it. It is difficult to get set on the charger correct so it will charge the Lithium battery. Quite a bit of a hassle. I have had it for over a month and it stopped working last night. No sound out of the headset.

You need to buy geek squad protection with this item. The charging device for the earphones is flimsy and will stop working. It’s not a question on if it is a question on when. However with geek squad protection you’re able to keep replacing it.

These are terrible. Unless you are one foot away from the TV, they make a double clicking sound. Like a heartbeat. Googled it to trouble shoot, and LOTS of reviews say the same. Returned.

I would recommend this product to a friend or anybody that hard of hearing for the TV

These headphones don’t come with a cord to connect so you have to purchase separately. Even after buying optical cord it still won’t work.

wont hold a charge, i leave on charger constantly and only get about 3 minutes of listening. very disappointed i really needed them

This is my second purchase of the same product. The first time the batteries would recharge and the sound kept cutting out but I thought it was just a defective headset. This second one cuts out too. I won't buy a third one.

I cannot get these things to work at all!!! will never buy this product again!!!! I have tried everyway to hook these headphones up, still not working!!!!!!

Returned the first one because of high static noise. Bought a second one but had the same issue and Returned them

I do not recommend these headphones. They developed a repetitive regular pop when using them after just a few months and still continues. I would not buy again.

These wireless head phones did not work at all. They mad3 a constant irritating noise . Did not work at all. I will need to return them.

Did not work with our smart tv which does not have Bluetooth. Also, when hooked up only person wearing the headphones could hear the tv-no volume for others in room listening to tv.

I have to Return these headphones. There are too much static noise and the voice of the actors too low. Try with a specialist to fix it, change channel frequency, location, and more, but still the same. So sad because I love Sony.

With a smart tv this head set will set off the sound from your tv when you use it. Only the person using the headphone set will hear it. You need to buy an optical headphone set.

This not something that I would ever expect of a Sony product. The volume goes up and down, there is static, I have to sit a certain way for a decent use. Customer service was horrible.

Too much static. I attempted to connect the device to my TV. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the static sound to stop.

Was an open box item. Charging function did not work, Returned it.

Not as comfortable as previous version. Smaller headpiece around ear.
