This was second Sony headset..Battery pack failed in first one after 18 months. Now use OTC rechargeable batteries. This was second headset.. returned.. thanks one speaker did not function.

Unable to use product because it doesn’t have a port for optical cable which is all my tv has for sound output. Returned headphones and got refund.

We were hoping these would be able to let one of us hear through the headphones and the other at the normal tv speaker volume. Sad it was one or the other ....not both.

No more accidentally 50 day that I had him I wasn’t able what pieces that I had left back to Best Buy get my money back

Battery didn’t charge. I tried many times. Returned phones and bought another brand on Amazon.

In order to not lose the signal and have the unit turn off after 4 minutes, I had to turn the volume up to a level that defeated the purpose of having the headphones.

I had a previous set a couple of years ago, these never worked and the time to return is past. Broken out of the box, get a blue tooth tv so you don't need these.

Tried two of these and neither worked. Just static and hum.

This headset was not anywhere close to what I was looking for. I returned them the same day. Need them for my tv.

I found the over the ear speakers cumbersome and uncomfortable. The connection was spotty and often accompanied by a loud static crack.

These things died soon after they were unreturnable and I used then less than 3x no more than 30 min total

Garbage product. So much distortion they are unusable

Great for me watching my favorite show while the rest of the family are doing their thing. I am distracted and I don't disturb them.

Bought it Feb 22, 2021. Stopped working April 7, 2021. According to Best Buy’s website, I cannot return it to the store.

Perfect headset to watch tv and not disturb anyone else.

I purchased two pair of these headphones for my grandsons. Unfortunately, neither pair worked at all! Returned.

The're great. My husband can sleep with out no sound.

I had a great pair of Sony wireless and they broke. These have much smaller ear pads and weren’t very comfortable. I don’t know why Sony must change stuff just to change it for an inferior product. Unhappy.

I was very unhappy with customer service who would not give a refund. I had not used the headphones. They were open but I could not get them to work.

Unit has not worked since buying; been to the store a few times for guidance. Have given up and called Geek Squad to come to house in another two weeks.
