Figured out why headphones keep cutting out. Either WIFI or cell service interferes and heaphone antenna tower cuts off, needing to pull out .5 mm jack out of tv and back in and system will work again. Turning headphones off/ on, press autotune, changinch nogo.

very happy with these earphones. quite comfortable fit and charge lasts for a really long time. i recommend this headset.

Bought these to replace my old Sony Wireless headphones. These are great, no static and very clear.

Great product for the price, Don't expect them to last for more then 2-3 years. They will just quit working one day with no warning. The power light on the head set will be on along with the charger but NO Sound comes out. When that happens just go buy another set and start over. " GOOD LUCK "

I wear glasses, and the cup design of the ear pieces is much more comfortable than my prior flat ear pieces. The sound quality is quite acceptable, and for $80, these phones are a good value.

Great. Exactly what I was expecting. Did not disappoint. Light weight, comfortable.

Makes a big difference when watching T.V. My wife can now relax andnot have to raise the volume.

Easy to set up, great volume control. Goes louder than my really expensive set.

The positive aspects of comfort and good sound were overshadowed by the following negative aspects. The volume control is too small, too hard to use and poorly positioned. In addition, the volume control was calibrated so badly that setting the volume above 0.5 went from painfully loud to permanent ear damage in a hurry. Another thing I did not like was the proprietary battery pack, which would set me back almost half the cost of the headphones in order to replace it. I had no choice but to return these headphones to Best Buy.

It is nice to listen to the news on the television

Working well with TV. Description leaves to be desired. Unable to hear sound via normal loudspeaker while connected to device. When turning on TV, device has to be paired each time.

Excellent quality, fast delivery, easy to hook up for my Dad.

Please be very careful when considering these at Best Buy. We purchased them in July along with a new television. The installer brought the products and hung the tv then discovered that there is no jack for the headphones. Something the salesman evidently did not know. Drive 30 miles back the next day and purchase two more gizmos to allow hookup. Installer comes back(for a price) and hooks up headphones. They work fine for a month and then nothing. All charged up, everything the same, dead headphones! I climb up on step stool(75 years old female) unhook headphones from back of tv and schlep them 30 miles back only to find that because it has passed the 14 day return period and I did not purchase Geek guarantee there is nothing Best Buy can help me with except to buy a new set and pay $129 for another install.

Bought these for my papaw. First set bought an opened box, had to return because the charge wouldnt last more than 15 minutes. Returned and bought another(brand new) set but will return as well due to static. But it was easy for him to set up and comfy

These headphones are comfortable and not too heavy for my 78 year old Dad. He said they have good sound quality.
