Wouldn't work on my LG, I didn't have any RCA out plugs. Won't work with Digital, Optical , Audio plug.

The headphones work for only 3-5 days, then they stop working. Geek Squad technicians have tried a variety of fixes, but nothing has lasted more than a few days.

The headphones don't work. Over 20 attempts to make a connection but no joy. TV side ok.

I would not give a 1 star had there been an option for "0 stars". Not a reliable brand at all. I had a different model of Sony headphones , and it broke by the hinge. Reached out to both US and Japan headquarters about the issue. Received a reply email stating that the Sony engineers agree that there is a defect with the product, but they cannot exchange it because it was out of warranty. If a product has a defect, and company admits it, then why does not matter what the purchase date it. Anyway I highly recommend to stay away from sony headphones in general.

I needed headphones to listen to TV. A best buy associate recommended these over a more expensive headphone. He said the sound was much better. I set them up, put them on and wow the electric hum was loud, you have to turn up the volume way to loud to drown out the hum. So I played with the supplied cords, still the hum. I went and bought new cords and still the hum. Oh, did I mention the very loud static click?

Customer took photo of broken headset and company would not compensate so I'll not buy it

We wanted Bluetooth headphones for our TV. Three times we went and every time they sold us the wrong ones.

Doesn't work. Tried on 4 different TV's. Bummed.

These are so frustrating. Each time I have to hit the "manual sync" button to get them to start. However, this button is flush with the frame and you cannot tell if you are pushing it or not. I have to take off the headphones just to see the button, let alone pushing it while they are on which seems to be the only way to get them to work with this button. Had an old pair and never had this problem.

From the start, the headset seems flimsy and cheap. When wearing it, and you adjust it, it squeaks loudly. And the sound is ‘tinny’. Now after a year, the headset volume dial favors the right speaker. Whenever you tough the dial, the left speaker falls in and out depend on on if the dial has a good contact or not. In short: a cheaply made product with poor reliability. I’m getting rid of mine and buying something else.

They don't work unless you are 3' or closer to the base.

Worked fine for about a week. Then, suddenly, it wouldn't charge. Operates quite well with alkaline batteries but the NiMH battery pack that came with it won't fully charge nor will the RED charge LED stay lit for more than about 5 minutes. Am returning it to BB for a replacement. May change my STARS rating after that transaction.

I thought they were Bluetooth headphones because it says wireless. Modern TVS don't have headphone jacks to use these headphones with.

Very disappointed. These were a Christmas gift for my partner and he is unable to use them. He has connected them to the TV but there is no sound coming through. We will be returning them to Best Buy on Monday January 3rd.

I took these off after less than five minutes of owning them and boxed them up to return them. They have static and a high pitch sound with the audio. I checked all connections and changed all available channels and it made no difference. Unbearable background noise.

Having bad reception. I trust Sony good products, but this one ......... not good !

I paid for a brand new pair and did curbside pick up. They gave me an open box with missing parts. I haven’t been able to use them at all.
