Good sound and comfortable to wear. The controls are tiny and black but they work just fine. The charging tower is great.

I wanted noise cancelling headphones with good volume control and balanced separation, and that's what I got. I highly recommend.

I love my headphones. The only problem is they break down easily. I have to be extremely careful not to drop them or causes any unnecessary problems.A Big thing is that I don’t wake my wife up while I’m watching TV in the middle of the night, if I wake up. I Love them for the money. This is my fifth set of headphones over a period of about 10 years for the money. I think that’s a pretty good deal for the money.

i am going to try to be nice. the first set of headphones i purchased DID NOT WORK! my local Best Buy was beyond excellent and swapped them out for another set exactly like the first set. they didn't work either. the charger never shut off and the headphones went dead(no charge). fortunately i was an Engineer in the U.S. navy for 22 years and i was tired of bothering the local Best Buy. i first wiggled the battery around and got them to charge up but it was hit or miss. i tried wedging the battery in place and that worked for about 4 days then the charger just started staying on constantly so i knew something was wrong again. finally i had to slightly and very carefully bend the positive contact points inside the headphones up a tiny amount and reinstalled the battery and so far they have worked for two days. i'll let you know. something is obviously wrong in the design or manufacturing process of the headphones (or maybe the battery cathodes are too short?) if they stop working again i guess i'll take them back and try another brand/type. in closing the headphones are GREAT when they work, excellent sound and very easy to operate. that is why i keep trying to get them to work! IF the glitch can be corrected or maybe i just got two of the bad ones i would highly recommend this item to your customers.

I just replaced the older ones I've used for 10 -15 years, this model is even better, lighter more adjustable and I love them.

the blackcovering over the ears keeps peeling off,not good,second pair I bought,keeps happening.

I had a cheap set that I purchased at grocery outlet but after several years they finally gave up the ghost when the Duracell batteries decided to leak electrolytic acid (which is common) inside the battery compartment and destroyed the guts of the unit, so I purchased this Sony head set, it works great.

Work great for a little bit. I’ve had 2 sets and this last pair quit charging on the dock after 6 months probably. Even if you’re careful to set them carefully on the dock, they somehow lose connection after you walk away. I’ll look in to any warranty coverage. These are too expensive to not even last a year!

Easy to hook up. Helps me to better hear TV programs. Like that I can walk to other rooms and still hear the program.

I bought this one for my Dad and he loved it. The package included a rechargeable battery so you just put the battery in the place and plug in. His TV doesn't have a port to plug the headphone, but a BestBuy employee helped me to find the adapter to connect it.

Got them for my father in-law to use at the nursing home where he shares a room with another gentleman who has his own tv and plays it very loud. My father in-law hooks it to his own tv and listens to it without disturbing his roommates

I’ve been wanting to purchase head phones for a long time because of my hearing and my wife always telling to turn down the TV. Glad I did. Now I don’t miss much of the dialogue.
