Great sound, but still like many units, the on/off and volume is difficult to find. Having a unit that would track with the tv mute would be great as some people use these to aid hearing and also for stereo quality.

The older model was better. These definitely work well. The comfort isn’t the same. The older model was better. These in my opinion are same price just cheaper made. Again sound is good. But, comfort ok.

Not the best sounding but for the price, they do what I needed them to do. Easy to set up, just plugged in to wall, into tv and charged overnight, turned them on the next day and they were connected.

There is some sound distortion that remains even after adjusting with the frequency button. The sound on my older model was far superior. I do appreciate the extended battery life as my older Sony wireless headphones had only five hours of listening time before having to recharge. Also, having a replaceable battery pack is a plus. If the sound was better I would give these headphones a 5.

I purchased this product due to the current one we had broke on the headset potion. This was for my spouse who suffers from a hearing disability. It has been a life saver as the volume on the television can be at a substantially lower comfort level for myself and allows my spouse the capability to hear and understand what is being said on the television. I would recommend this product 100%.

Brother has CP and 90% deaf this allows him to enjoy tv and not disturb the household. He likes being able to use rechargeable batteries to keep headphones on for extended periods of time replacing when charge runs out. Due to CP he is very tough on the product, dropping often, pulling foam cushions off when removing as well as material over speaker. They take a beating but still perform well.

Great sound, and comfortable, easy to setup and use

These Sony wireless headphones work great and got them at a good price - Great for listening to the TV for someone who is hard of hearing.

This purchase replaced Sony headphones purchased several years ago. Previous headphones were working okay but the pads around the ears were deteriorating. The new ones were easy to hook up as all I had to do was use the previous connections. Husband says he thinks the sound on the new ones are better. Sorry to have to recycle the old Sony headphones as they were still working, just not comfortable because of the ear pads.

Great sound but have drop off problems once in awhile.

Controls are easily adjustable in the dark I like that the power button is on one side and the volume wheel is on the other. The charge lasts a long time. Could be more comfortable.

I love these headphones. They have great sound and enhanced bass. I enjoy listening to pipe organ music which frequently has sustained frequency responses around 20 Hz. They sound better than my stereo system which had a premium subwoofer. You can use your cell phone to control the tone, volume, and surround system effects.

This was purchased for use by and older person that needed the TV volume higher than others in the room in order to hear the TV. Using these headphones has helped greatly so that everyone can hear the TV at a comfortable level! Set up was very simple, they are comfortable to wear and seem to stay charged for a decent amount of time.

Sony products have always been great from my experience. Bought these for an elderly person in a rest home with hearing issues. Easy to use and charge. Good sound quality too.

Product is what you expect from Sony. Works great with the tv and cable box. Only downside it’s not comparable with Netflix. Having my son investigate this issue for a fix.

Comfortable on the ears. Great volume control. Adjustable to fit any size head.

The headphone need to be connected to optical audio converter to work properly.

Bought it for my nocturnal wife. My set is quite simple. All i had to do is use the included cable into DVR sound output, select the channel, and charge the headphone batteries. I had to change the channel selection as i had some interference on the first selection. So far, about a month later my wife is happy.

I got these for an 89-year-old gentleman that I help, he is very hard hard of hearing and could not hear the TV unless turned up so loud that the neighbors were complaining of the volume level. So I got these head phones to plug into TV and they have been awesome! There is also an off/on switch as well as volume adjuster on the ear phones. Awesome!
