The sony headphones make the audio sound loud and clear

Working great and got them open box, but so far working well. Easy to set up & use immediately.

The sound quality is very good; I’m hearing background sounds that I never noticed before. Unfortunately, the sound volume control goes from 0 to 8, but anything beyond 2 is painful. The Sony rep I spoke to on the phone couldn’t understand why this was a problem. A friend had the same issue; we agreed that you just have to be very careful in adjusting the sound. In the very narrow functional range the sound is good, but there should be more flexibility.

I bought this for my father who is hard of hearing, usually wears hearing aids. Has trouble with background noise in tv and movies, foreign accents, explosions etc.. these headphones made the voices very clear and now he enjoys watching tv again. He absolutely loves it.

Will work with your tv, just plue in the aux cord to the tv headphones area or use the right and left red and white (pair the wireless headphones) has 10 volume level load enough for movie or show watching alone to not disturb others.

They work great. Have very good sound, good range.

These are very good headphones. Excellent sound quality. The only issue that I have with these is that the ear foam is a little stiff.

Bought it open box and headphones wouldn't connect to base. Tried everything in the owner manual and nothing.

Simple hook up that works great. Sound is really good even though I’m only using them for watching TV.

Out of the box, had power issues. Green power light on head set not on. battery not making good connection. had to add small piece of cardboard to push down on battery pack to get the headset to work. Otherwise, sound and quality really good.

wireless headphone is very good in quality with no noise. Now i can watch my TV show without disturbing my other family member. kids can do their homework without any disturbance. i liked this product very much.

These are much lighter and easy to use. Charge quickly.

I really like the head phones. The last one I had was bought from you. I had it over five years if not longer. (The same one). The other reason I come to your store is because your sales people are very helpful, they make sure that you have everything you need before they say have a good day.. the other thing I really like about Best Buy is that I can order what I want from my lap top. I can have it said as a pick up our have it delivered to my home. You can’t beat that. I’m hooked....thank you Best Buy.

We got these to replace some headphones. They sit on a charging stand and connect at the top. But all you have to do is just place the headphones on the stand. No need to plug in and then unplug. You simply lift them up and put them on. Much better than another product we tried. The sound quality is excellent.

Sound is great. Lightweight. Easy to connect to the TV.

This will save your relationship! My husband is hard of hearing and I would go to bed mad at him every night. Now he can watch whatever, while I can sleep!

These are very comfortable head phones. The blocking of ambient background noise improves the ability to understand soft spoken dialogue. Well worth the money.
