A little confusing to hookup with tv But has a good sound

Grandma couldn't hear the TV without having the volume so loud that the entire assisted living hall also hearing as well. Gave these to her and she loves her headphones!

this is the second one that I have bought. I use it to watch tv every night I can hear the tv so much better when I have it on. I recommend anyone that has a hearing problem to buy one

Purchased this Headphone set on 5/23/20 at my local BB store. I needed to be able to listen my TV in Master Bedroom without being told to turn it down. I chose these based on the Sony Reputation. It was very simple to install to my Cox Contour Box using the supplied RCA jacks and without any setting adjustments. The negative part is the sound quality, not very good. A background noise that is almost always there when watching a movie, but not while watching normal TV. I I tried to fix the problem by purchasing a converter which would allow me to connect to the Digital Audio Optical jack on the Contour box. However, even though it worked, the background noise was still there. The BB rep said to return the Sony and exchange for the Insignia.( which has more hookup options). However, even though it had only been about 3 weeks, the time allowed to return had expired. So I guess my only option is to either live with it, are suck it up and purchase the Insignia.

Comfortable headphones but only last about 15 minutes before the charge dies. Can’t watch a full movie so that sucks!

What a fantastic purchase! These headphones work like a charm, allow me to move around the house and still hear the TV, no worries about cord length.

Easy hook up and operation, won’t disturb anyone trying to sleep

I got a pair of Sony headphones as a gift several years ago and wanted a second pair for another room in my house. I chose Sony again and haven’t been disappointed. Good sound quality. Great purchase for the value.

Very good once they're working, but sometimes they don't work and you have to fiddle around with them. Also, the controls, being black and small, are very difficult to even FIND much less operate!

Had to plug in several times to reconnect. Would not start up after using it.

Now one of use can watch TV with bothering the other. That's good news.
