Very easy hookup and simple to use. The headphones use an RF signal instead for a Bluetooth feed so you really get a one to one dedicated connection without static or signal loss.

If I want to use the headphones for listening to music then I have to disconnect from the TV and then attach to the output terminals of my receiver.
