cant get to connect to the tv the salesperson said it would connect easy

Headphones work great. I enjoy watching TV with headphones and these are comfortable on the ears. Sound is acceptable.

This open box wireless headphones work well. I thought they might automatically mute the TV, but I have to turn down the volume till none on the TV and the headphones work well. Charging base is quirky, but manageable.

Geek squad tried but it would not work with my tv. No output access on rear of my lg 3 d tv.

These are a life saver! My mother in law is hard of hearing and we were tired of hearing her TV at 11 pm when we are all trying to sleep. We bought these for her and she loves them. Can put her shows on as loud as she wants, without keeping everyone up.

Haven't got the thing up and running as yet. I have followed the instructions and have the batteries in and got it charged, but can't seem to get the earphones to work yet. I am still working on it as I am not tech-know skilled. I am a senior citizen from when TV was new! I will keep trying & buying, don't worry. I like BEST BUY. I recommend such things for those who know how to set it up.

Sound is good. the ear cushion came off and unable to get it back on. If not careful the cover for the battery compartment comes off. it is also hard to adjust the volume.

Used it once works so far, will come back and update if something happens. Worked well, and is very comfy.

Have to turn on the switch 2 times , every time to get it to work !! Other than that it works just fine.

Fit good, comfortable, can”t leave them connected because they nullify tv speakers.

woudnt work with our tv.. we have no connection (red, white, blue)

This product is a pretty well-built item has really good sound and the battery life is pretty good

It was a good value but I found them to be hot and also I wear hearing aids witch also squealed

My son-in-law turned me onto these. Now the 'old man' is rocking headphones watching sports and drag racing on TV. SONY makes a great product with good fit, easy controls, and great sound.

I bought these for my grandmother who is very hard of hearing. Now, her TV is not up so loud that it may wake up the neighbors. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to enjoy the television, but my not want to bother other people with what their watching or the loudness of the TV.

Work well bluetoothed to tv. I think it’s a pretty standard pair of headphones

The folks at the nursing home are extremely relieved they don’t have to listen to fox news at full volume anymore.

I have been using these for over a month and am very pleased with their performance. I plugged the transmitter into the audio jack on my TV, turned the headset on, and it worked perfectly. I think they are very comfortable to wear for several hours.

Good product, but seems overpriced. It is as described and no issues so far.
