This is the 3rd Sony Wireless headset in our house. We love the experience of wireless headphones for TV. It's your on little world, very relaxing to listen at a volume you are comfortable with without bothering any one else.

this is our second set of Sony Wireless headphones...turns out that the covering on the ear pieces can be replaced, but those have to be ordered from the company....those had started to deteriorate on our first ones.

Competent and polite service. Knowledge of the item was very apparent and shared with ease.

Very easy to set up. But just be aware that it takes maybe 24 hours for the unit battery to charge up. After that a piece of cake: I have had no issues. Comfortable to wear, adjust etc., no effect on the TV's volume. Set volume where you want it.

The first pair I purchased, the rechargeable battery wouldn’t hold a charge. Best Buy replaced the entire set with no problem. The second set worked perfectly. Highly recommend this product

Work well but volume control is way too hard to find without looking. Needs stronger texture or such.

The instructions that come with this item does not include any troubleshooting. The headphones are not working when I am hooked up to apps on my television. I have cable network.

A great addition to my listening pleasure. According to my wife I have the tv to loud sometimes. This has made my life much easier by being able to follow all the dialogue on my shows. They are very comfortable to wear and affordable.

Sets up fast and easy. Has clear sound and comfortable.

My husband only has 20% hearing and these allow him to fully hear anything we play thru the tv. This has been a God send! Actually just got a set of replacement covers too. Can't go wrong with this item! Have told several friends about them as well.

Difficult to initially set up. Volume control is difficult to navigate. Does not work with Netflix of Amazon.

This is the most craziest thing that I ever came across About 1 yr ago then about 6 months later I bought the new SONY EARPHONES. I tried & tried to connect as I got tired I called Sony Tech & they advised me that the Sony headphones doesn’t t connect to Sony Tv.

I'm hearing impaired so they work great for me to watch TV. That's all I use them for so can't comment if used on something else. I do wish it had more controls to help make sound perfect but then that could be my hearing.

The head phones work good but when hooking it to the tv and trying to use them, the sound want work all that good at first

Good wireless headphones. Easy to use with the TV.

Headset not easy to setup. Had to be extra careful with connection so it would stay audible.

I appreciate the Sony headset. However, though I charged the battery over night before using it, the charge/use time has been intermittant. It might be operable for several hours then, when I turn it off and turn it on again it nearly always stays off until the following morning.

This is my 3rd set. I am hard on them I sleep w them. However. This is the worst set ever the volume switch does not work well and the head set seems to have loose wires as you move it just stops playing sound.

My wife goes to bed early and with this headset I can watch late night TV with great surround sound without disturbing her sleep.
