I purchased a headset for use with a tv. My dad has a hard time hearing and also has to deal with the noise from the neighbors. I told the story and Best Buy walked me right to the solution. Good stuff.

Can not get the headphones to work...calling for service

The Sony WHRF400 RF Wireless Headphones work well with my Sony tv when watching movies and sports on tv. This was a great buy for home entertainment.

I HAVE ALOT OF STATIC WITH THESE, I TOOK ONE SET BACK AND DID NOY HAVE A PROBLEM EXCHANGING IT BUT I STILL HAVE THE STATIC

These earphones enable my hearing impaired husband the ability to watch TV and actually hear what is being said. He says they are very comfortable. The only problem - when he is wearing the earphones he cannot hear me talk to him.

My family enjoys that I use these because I don.t have my volume all the way up so now the house is nice and peaceful

I tried so many way and couldn’t make it work, too much static! Not happy

They work well I do like the early version but they seem to work well. It make my mother in law happy .

purchased my 2nd sony just wish batteries were less expensive

I purchased these bluetooth headset for my 75 year old brother. He is hard of hearing and lives in a apartment. Now he doesn’t have to have the sound up so high on his tv and disturb the neighbors.

I have several pairs of these..For many years. Have recommended them to friends. I am very happy with this purchase.

I thought that these would be great headphones since they are Sony brand. But it turns out these arent very good at all. The volume didnt work very well and they kept crackling and had static. I took them back for a refund. Maybe I just had a bad product. But Best Buy made my experiance hassel free.

Very comfortable. Soft ear pads. Easy on and off. Three channels for multiple uses across the house. Great for walking around doing chores using them at the desk or while others are trying to sleep!

Occasionally there is a scratchy sound. Other than that I am happy with the headphones.

The sound was in and out, it wasn’t easy to keep a connection.
