I got these headphones as a gift. I had to buy a digital to analog adapter and optical cable to use these headphones. The transmitter is hard wired to the TV. That required snaking a wire through the wall and under a rug. That was okay as I had heard the blue tooth headphones can have some lag. Initially the headphones worked great. The sound quality was very good. The headphones are so much better than the TV internal speakers. After about two weeks they stopped working. I did all the troubleshooting to no avail. I do not have the original package materials and have yet to talk to Best Buy about returning. The Sony warranty is 1 year, Best Buy returns are 15 days.

Worked great but a little difficult to install at first to get it started.

The headphones don't work. The older ones I have do work, so it's not a case of the TV. I had wanted an updated set.

Really like the headphones. Only wish these had optical instead of headphone jack or rca.

I bought these for my husband who has a hearing problem, he loves them, and they are comfortable which is important because he complained about other headphones that he had.

Bought it " open boxed." Headphones looked and felt good on head but using the headphone jack seemed to result in mostly static and "popping" while on. Returned and I bought a pair that uses digital optical audio, much better with 0 static/popping. Bestbuy return them after about 10 days with no issues though.

My previous headphones wore out. These headphones produce a squealing noise (feedback of some type?) that ranges from minor to annoying. But they do work well enough to where I still use them.

My husband is hard of hearing (and I have excellent hearing) so we were always battling about the volume level. Now - with his new wireless headphones - there's no arguments and we're both happy!! THANK YOU BEST BUY!

Just wonderful pot for my 92-year-old father. It works perfect very compatible with our TV. It doesn’t hurt as heaters.

The equipment we bought to be able to listen to TV via the head phones didn't work on our TV..we had to exchange for a different type with optical output. The headphones themselves though would have been uncomfortable for lying in bed and listening late at night. We exchanged everything and got earbud type headphones instead.

this item was to hot for ears. felt claustrophobic

I purchased these so that i would not need to crank up the volume on my TV when i am running on the treadmill. I tried these on multiple TVs and was unable to get them to work. I was able to connect them to my computer to confirm that they work. Unfortunately due to Covid i waited to long to return them. :(

These work well and as expected. Price was a little high but Wireless makes a difference.
