Please don’t waste your money on buying this horrible quality item because you will be extremely disappointed.

Didn't work, not recommended.

Tried all the troubleshooting steps. Returned it and the store associate told me these often have that issue, and the alternate in-store brand, Insignia, is even worse. Also, the earpieces are very shallow compared to other brands, meaning your ears don't feel "cupped", but pressed.
