installation was easy, seems to have a good connection but I can't get the sound to NOT sound like an echo. The sound quality is just subpar...in my opinion

I asked your 'Expert Shopper' for a set of wireless headphones for my Samsung 32" T.V. which I bought from you. She said that these phones would work. They do not. Not only do they not work, but it's all over the internet that Samsung uses an optical sound system that is not compatible with Samsung T.V. I relied on your expert. Now I have a set of headphones that I cannot use!

This was a purchase for my husband. He likes it very much.

My wife goes to bed earlier than I do, so these were perfect for my ability to watch tv and not disturb her.

I purchased these headphones about 2 months ago. I am now outside my return window, unfortunately, because the headset is not good at all. It constantly drops the connection to the base. The only solution I found is unplugging it, turning it off and on, and restarting it repeatedly. Changing the channel does not help. It's frustrating. When the phones are connected and operating, the sound quality is diminished by an audible humming in the background. Nothing I've been able to do fixes that issue. For the price, these headphones are terrible, particularly for Sony.

Good when they r working. Have cut off several times when in use and hard to turn back on. When I plug in to audio it turns volume off on regular tv.

headset works fine . this is second headset since a prior one did not work

Works well charges fast. Great for my husband that is hearing impaired.

Got these to drown out the constant noise from the kitchen! My Tv is about 20 ft away. I do get a little fuzz sometimes. But a good product
