Should have known better because it happened also with the last set I purchased a couple of years before of the same model. Don’t buy these.

To the point, this series tv will only work with certain models from sony, and they are pretty expensive. FYI, its not Bluetooth, its RF transmitter-per se. ive spoken with sony support.

We returned them to Best Buy & exchanged them for a set that worked great. They had never experienced that happening prior to our visit. Customer service was phenomenal! Perhaps this needs 2 reviews! The first was unacceptable, The second was awesome!

These were disappointing. They never sounded as good as the other, and the left side of the headphones quit working within a month. I would suggest finding a different product.

They sent me another pair and I used them maybe four times and they quite working, I returned for refund and ordered some different ones from Amazon that work great.
