The volume goes up and down, there is static, I have to sit a certain way for a decent use. Customer service was horrible.

Only the person using the headphone set will hear it. You need to buy an optical headphone set.

Headphones purchased on Sept. 9, 2020

We need headphones that would produce the sound coming from the t.v. into the headphones so that we could the mute the sound on the t.v.'s speakers.
