Works intermittently, despite daily charging. So sorry as I am the wife who needs my husband to have headphones allowing him to listen at his preferred volume.

Constant noise interference. Returned same day. No issues with that.

Bought Open Box so I could have hit a dud, but it didn't work even after full charge and following set up instructions. Took back and BB rep ordered me Insignia headphones coming tomorrow.

Would not pair up with either of my smart tv’s no matter what I tried. I need them but they weren’t any good to me and so I returned them.

I gave this as a gift to my father who has trouble hearing and had to have the volume at full level. He know can watch tv without maximum volume.

Garbage product would not recommend product didn’t work the way it was suppose to was better to throw in the trash a waste of 100 dollars

Works for a few minutes....then sound will come back on after you keep turning off and on. Frustrating when you are trying to listen to entire show.

This was second Sony headset..Battery pack failed in first one after 18 months. Now use OTC rechargeable batteries. This was second headset.. returned.. thanks one speaker did not function.

We were hoping these would be able to let one of us hear through the headphones and the other at the normal tv speaker volume. Sad it was one or the other ....not both.

In order to not lose the signal and have the unit turn off after 4 minutes, I had to turn the volume up to a level that defeated the purpose of having the headphones.

Unable to use product because it doesn’t have a port for optical cable which is all my tv has for sound output. Returned headphones and got refund.

I had a previous set a couple of years ago, these never worked and the time to return is past. Broken out of the box, get a blue tooth tv so you don't need these.

No more accidentally 50 day that I had him I wasn’t able what pieces that I had left back to Best Buy get my money back

This headset was not anywhere close to what I was looking for. I returned them the same day. Need them for my tv.

Great for me watching my favorite show while the rest of the family are doing their thing. I am distracted and I don't disturb them.

I found the over the ear speakers cumbersome and uncomfortable. The connection was spotty and often accompanied by a loud static crack.

Battery didn’t charge. I tried many times. Returned phones and bought another brand on Amazon.

Perfect headset to watch tv and not disturb anyone else.

Bought it Feb 22, 2021. Stopped working April 7, 2021. According to Best Buy’s website, I cannot return it to the store.
