Nice sound and comfortable to wear. Great for those with insomnia or hearing problems

This is an outstanding product and works great so far. Cost was more than reasonable. Construction appears to be better than the previous one that broke on me. In fact, I’m using them right now watching TV and answering this product survey.

So easy to set up! These are a marriage saver during these Covid. house bound times. My husband can listen to all of the sports channel banter he wants...and I have peace and quiet! If I can set them up, anyone can. These are worth their weight in gold! My husband finds them comfortable and probably likes that I he cannot hear me when he is wearing them. I like that he can still clean up the kitchen and listen while doing so! I wish I had bought these last March!!!

I bought these for my father who is hard of hearing. We all were relieved, no more blasting the TV and he could comfortably hear the programs. Unfortunately the elderly cannot see the gray/black plastic and the marking on the controls. Always has to ask for assistance as he cannot adjust the controls on his own.

This headphone set is the second Sony set I have owned. They both work/worked fine although this pair has smaller earcups which I get used to. Sound is great.

This headset was purchased for our son-in-law for Christmas. He tells us that he loves the way the headset fits and the sound he receives through them. He also loves the sounds - his kids- that the headset keeps out. :-)

It is a breeze to setup, the sound is superb and above all when you connect it trough the 3;5 jack you can enjoy your headphones while your family is listening and watching tv trough the tv speakers at the same time.

Solid design and easy to set up with TV. Charger is very easy to use. It takes a little bit of time to master the controls on the ear pieces that refine the TV sound reception.

I have been using these type of Sony wireless headphones for almost 20 years. I have 3 sets of Sony headphones and they have been very good over the years. This new set has a great feature in that in allows the ear cups to move a bit from side to side and twist. If you are watching tv from a seat that is not straight ahead it will flex and not damage the headphones. This damage happened to my last Sony headphone but they still work and sound good, the plastic is cracked and not very secure any longer. All of my Sony headphones work off of the same frequency and I can use them for multiple people at the same time. One headphone uses batteries and I don't have to worry about charging it often. This newest set feels much more "plasticy" (not a word but very plasticy) and has a set of buttons that is not very intuitive. New products require an adjustment period but this new set just has a bad setup of its controls and buttons compared to my other 2 sets and it is much more PLASTICY, lol Seriously. For the money, I would probably buy a different headphone. The advantage for me is that they all share the same frequency. The WHRF400 RF does have a great battery life and ok sound. Compare prices and build before you buy. Overall they arepretty good.

Hooked these up to an older cable TV box with RCA audio output, that does not have bluetooth. They work great all around the house. There was some interference on the default channel probably from the cordless phone but when switched to another channel, it all went away. They are a bit tight, not as comfortable as the old model that had bigger, round ear muffs covered in the old style soft foam, not pleather. Other than that, the documentation available is only OK. I couldn't find specific information on how to properly "pair" more one of these headphones with a single transmitter that's connected to the TV. It kind of works, but somewhat inconsistently.

So easy to set up and with excellent quality. I can't say enough about how easy it was to get it working.

These headphones are quite comfortable. They are not a one size fits all, but close. (not for smaller heads). Sound is clear. Adjustable volume. You have to be careful in placing it on the charger or it won't charge properly.

The sound quality is pretty good and there's no discernible interference noise. Also the recharging hanging system is very convenient. Not sure why if you turn the earphones off why the recharging hanger blinks for 4 minutes, but you can just turn the thing to where the blinking light can't be seen. Overall a good product for a reasonable price.

I'm about to return the second set in as many years(purchase the Geek Squad warranty). They often will inform that they are fully charged but then suddenly quit after only a couple of hours of use. VERY frustrating if your situation requires that only you can hear the media being watched/played. The electrical contacts in the center of the headband often need to be cleaned because of dirt/oils in one's hair. Terrific range and battery life when they don't otherwise fail.

These work good, WHEN they are working. For some reason they will stop connecting randomly. Also, they will connect to the tv/cable box, but when we switch over to the tv/xbox we have never been able to get them to work.

Excellent equipment for person with earing problem.

These headphones are exactly what my husband wanted. They work great when watching TV and the rest of the family is sleeping. You can turn the volume all the way down on the TV and he can adjust just the headphones to suit him. Plus you control the volume to the TV, he controls the volume to the headphones.

Clearer sound and can adjust volume to my comfort level without affect other viewer.

easy to set up, lasts for a good number of hours when fully charged

Tried several wireless headphones and they didn't work with our new TV, and a knowledgeable Best Buy sales rep introduced me to these Blue Tooth headphones - great sound, comfortable, long usage on one charge. Perfect!
