I purchased these headphones for my mother who is hard of hearing. She can now hear the tv while everyone else watches at a lower volume. They are very comfortable. Easy to install. Just as the sales associate described. Definitely recommend!

I really love the idea of listening to my tv while my husband is sleeping. Don't have to lower the volume all the time!!!

My husband wears hearing aids in both ears. He wears the ear phones when he watches tv. He doesn't need to use his hearing aid when he has the ear phones which he likes alot.

This is a great set of headphones. I purchased them for my wife so she could listen to the TV when I'm asleep without disturbing me. So I guess it was a present for the both of us. They sound terrific and pick up the TV dialogue perfectly.

These were recommended by one of the associates for use on an older tv. Work great, my 96 year old mother can now listen to tv as loud as she wants without disturbing anyone else.

Needed something to watch tv and not bother anyone else because I am hard if hearing and have to have the volume up loud. This does it!

Headset works great. Simple setup, easy to use. First set lasted 4 years of daily use.

Great sound quality & noise canceling and comfortable fit

I purchased these because Sony is very well known for their great quality. These headphones feel sturdy and are very comfortable. The initial reaction was positive when hooked up, but 30 seconds in to listening the problems started. There is an annoying clicking sound when enabled for a period of time. No adjustments or troubleshooting could correct this problem. I have all Sony TV's so I tried them as well, same issue. The 2nd is issue is the audio adjustment wheel is flush with the housing. This makes it difficult to increase or decrease sound, you will find yourself fumbling around in every attempt. The 3rd is there is no option to connect with an optical cable. This will require the inconvenience of always reaching behind the tv to connect/disconnect with headphone jack. This will divert sound to headphone jack only. I was disappointed that in the end I had to return them. I reviewed further on the internet and found that other people have experienced these issues as well. I hope Sony well correct this issue in the future.

These are great when watching tv with full quality sound while my husband sleeps. Or I can watch one channel while my husband watches another channel in next room without disturbing each other. Great sound. Great convenience.

I’m really enjoying these headphones. You can use them while the TV is muted so your program doesn’t bother anyone else in the house. Has great and adjustable sound too.

I use it while watching tv and running on the treadmill so I can have it loud enough to hear well and not bother anyone else. You can also travel to other rooms and not miss any TV.

Really love these headphones! Can listen to TV at any hour without disturbing my husband. As well can listen at a lower decibel than other viewers.

You can't go won't with these headphones. This is my third set! Not only are they comfortable, but the sound is also great. I've recommended these headphones to all my friends and everyone who has bought them is just as pleased as I am.
