The first time i purchased this it arrived and appeared to be an open box. I tried it anyways but there was a little crackling every once in awhile. I thought perhaps that was why it crackled so I decided to exchange it for an unopened box since that was what i ordered and tried that one. Unfortunately the crackling continued. It’s not too bad and if you’re into whatever you are watching you can ignore it but I’d pay a bit extra to get a better one if i was to get a wireless headset again.

I'm still getting used to these headphones. Seem a little tight fitting to the head ... and I think the buttons on side are a bit confusing while wearing them.

Cannot ask for more. Tunes everything out but the TV.

These are replacing several much older headphones. Not much to say except they do the job I expected. I wish the ear parts were more comfortable and had some controls on the right earpiece like the noise cancelling headphones. Yeah, I got spoiled with those with their controls.

At first, I had a hard time getting any assistance. But then I got excellent help. Unfortunately, the TV headphones were not working properly. I had to return them but was given a full refund with no questions asked. I'll go back to try another pair soon.

These work great. So nice to listen to the TV without bothering others.

I bought these for my husband. He absolutely loves them.

Decent for wireless headphones at this price point. Zero perceptible latency from the source which is important to me. They need a more powerful amp to be really great, and sound quality compared to my Sony MDR7506 wired headphones (about $90) is not even close to being as good as the wired set. Still, they are fine for what I bought them for (plugging into a mic/guitar preamp for practice, which sucks with a wire) and I will keep them.

This product is great for elderly people with hearing problems.
