Perfect for what we were looking for

TV on same wall as our bedroom. I go to bed earlier than my hubby and now I can sleep and he can listen to his TV shows. He also says it is easier to understand what is being said. Best Buy tech guy helped us know what kind of wireless headset was best for us.

The first the clerk had no idea what we wanted. Annoyed, we trudged back to your store and asked for a clerk who knew something. Train your clerks! Placing a clerk on the floor without any experience is not helping your customers.

I consider myself a pretty tech savvy person but despite looking at other reviews / comments, reading about similar issues on Reddit, etc. this product simply did not perform well. Real shame, I expected more from Sony, especially for the price.
