Worked great but a little difficult to install at first to get it started.

I got these headphones as a gift. I had to buy a digital to analog adapter and optical cable to use these headphones. The transmitter is hard wired to the TV. That required snaking a wire through the wall and under a rug. That was okay as I had heard the blue tooth headphones can have some lag. Initially the headphones worked great. The sound quality was very good. The headphones are so much better than the TV internal speakers. After about two weeks they stopped working. I did all the troubleshooting to no avail. I do not have the original package materials and have yet to talk to Best Buy about returning. The Sony warranty is 1 year, Best Buy returns are 15 days.

I bought these for my grandson and he was very pleased with them.

I like the way they fit. They look sturdy but the sound breaks constantly. It is frustrating because I have to tilt my head to fix it. Bad connection

Really help my hearing! Easy to recharge and charging station does not take up much room. I had another ear phone set up that did not nearly work as well as these. I am very happy with this purchase.

The Sony WHRF400 RF wireless headphones are VERY comfortable. They save us a lot of "angst" as my husband is hard of hearing. So he can hear the tv without the volume being so high that it is irritating to me.

The equipment we bought to be able to listen to TV via the head phones didn't work on our TV..we had to exchange for a different type with optical output. The headphones themselves though would have been uncomfortable for lying in bed and listening late at night. We exchanged everything and got earbud type headphones instead.

Just wonderful pot for my 92-year-old father. It works perfect very compatible with our TV. It doesn’t hurt as heaters.

As a Best Buy customer I’m very impressed with the new Sony wireless headphones. This product is a great for utilizing this product to listen to any channel or cable on your TV set on your headphones

I purchased these so that i would not need to crank up the volume on my TV when i am running on the treadmill. I tried these on multiple TVs and was unable to get them to work. I was able to connect them to my computer to confirm that they work. Unfortunately due to Covid i waited to long to return them. :(

These work well and as expected. Price was a little high but Wireless makes a difference.

My previous headphones wore out. These headphones produce a squealing noise (feedback of some type?) that ranges from minor to annoying. But they do work well enough to where I still use them.

I can watch the news on TV and not disturb my daughter with all the commentary while she is studying. These earphones are comfortable and the perfect solution to maintaining a quiet environment for the rest of the household.

Finally, one of us can keep watching TV and the other can read.....in peace!

Tone is not real clear, not distorted...just not real clear... but otherwise they are good.

The headphones don't work. The older ones I have do work, so it's not a case of the TV. I had wanted an updated set.
