Popping noises damaging to the eardrums.

It has a base station that plugs into the earphone jack on the tv and then connects "wirelessly" to the headphones. I kept them anyway and have used them for only a few hours until the headphones started generating loud popping noises which hurt my eardrums when it happened. At first it was occasionally, now it happens so much that they aren't wearable for fear of damaging my eardrums. Very disappointed. Too late to return...time for the trash can.

Great range, tinny sound, Ear pads smaller

The RF400 are compatible with old system transmitters. RF400 has better range sensitivity. The ear pads are smaller and more uncomfortabe. The sound is not at full and base is weaker. Voice mode is good addition for TV. Charger light does not change colors or turn off when headphones are charged. When battery get low hissing starts. Believe the system may have defective charger. Will exchange for another RF400. If still have same problems will return.
