Poor Quality, Beware

I thought with a name like Sony I would be getting quality but that's not the case. Returning them for refund.

Headset

I had to wait several minutes before unplugging and plugging unit back into tv plus turning headset off and on. It was especially bad watching a taped version of America Has Talent. I switched to a movie and it was fine after that. This happened several times since I bought it
