i am going to try to be nice. the first set of headphones i purchased DID NOT WORK! my local Best Buy was beyond excellent and swapped them out for another set exactly like the first set. they didn't work either. the charger never shut off and the headphones went dead(no charge). fortunately i was an Engineer in the U.S. navy for 22 years and i was tired of bothering the local Best Buy. i first wiggled the battery around and got them to charge up but it was hit or miss. i tried wedging the battery in place and that worked for about 4 days then the charger just started staying on constantly so i knew something was wrong again. finally i had to slightly and very carefully bend the positive contact points inside the headphones up a tiny amount and reinstalled the battery and so far they have worked for two days. i'll let you know. something is obviously wrong in the design or manufacturing process of the headphones (or maybe the battery cathodes are too short?) if they stop working again i guess i'll take them back and try another brand/type. in closing the headphones are GREAT when they work, excellent sound and very easy to operate. that is why i keep trying to get them to work! IF the glitch can be corrected or maybe i just got two of the bad ones i would highly recommend this item to your customers.

Headset works great. Simple setup, easy to use. First set lasted 4 years of daily use.

I’ve been wanting to purchase head phones for a long time because of my hearing and my wife always telling to turn down the TV. Glad I did. Now I don’t miss much of the dialogue.

Fabulous head phones! There's just one catch we had with these. You have to set the volume to over 18 or 20, otherwise it acts like they are not working. They work fabulously once you do this! Someone can watch TV without disturbing the rest, and everyone is happy!

Honestly i was skeptical at first, but I decided to take the chance and honestly it is one of the best investments I’ve done recently ha ha definitely recommend them

Head Phones have great sound quality and battery length is good for a couple movies at a time. Recharging is quick and easy

Got them for my father in-law to use at the nursing home where he shares a room with another gentleman who has his own tv and plays it very loud. My father in-law hooks it to his own tv and listens to it without disturbing his roommates

On my third set of headphones lije these from Sony. They work beautifully for 92 year old hard of hearing with Dementia. Whether sitting on front of tv or on her bed in her bedroom. The foam ear pieces tend to tear after a few months. Sound quality begins to diminish when using in her bedroom after while. Overall, very pleased.

Headphones are fine. The rechargeable battery only lasted 1 1/2 weeks. Now I'm having to use regular AAA batteries. For the price I paid it should have lasted a lot longer. I wasn't able to get back to bestbuy before my 14 days, so I'm stuck.

Requires a bit of expertise to install. A bit on the heavy side. Easy to charge, easy to regulate sound level/volume. Duration of charge very good. Ear fit very good; keeps out extraneous sounds

These work great for me to hear the tv without bothering my loved one who is sleeping.
