Trying to hook these up to my budget TCL tv in order to get bluetooth --delivered sound became an operation that should have been simple: follow the directions that include pictures. But no, not so simple. I was able to get the sound but not without a persistent clicking sound. Before giving up I called the Geek Squad and Henry came to solve the problem. But even he could not get clear sound. I returned the headphones and will never be without Geek Squad help. Five stars to Geek Squad.

My husband is hard of hearing, and needs the TV volume so loud, it hurts my ears. Now we can watch the same shows -- and he can hear them, and I'm confortable with the volume. Super easy to hook-up and use.

Very good once they're working, but sometimes they don't work and you have to fiddle around with them. Also, the controls, being black and small, are very difficult to even FIND much less operate!

These headphones are a great value. Sounds is great and clear. I gave them 3 stars because I had a problem with the weight. Pair is too heavy for my head. It gave me a headache. May be better for a man or a taller person. I exchange them for another Sony pair that work with Bluetooth and were light in weigh.

Love the headphones I bought them so I can hear the TV my hearing is bad an I also love them as I can turn the sound on the TV off when my husband is sleeping so he cant hear the TV

I use hearing aids and the headset did not function with them installed. Returned to BB

These are excellent! I am hard of hearing and these headphones fit the bill without blasting the audio for others to be disturbed.

It was a replacement for a rather old head set that no longer functioned. Fortunately, Best Buy had a large inventory which included some older style units. Anyway, the headphones were easy to install and functions just fine.

The first headphones that I purchased and exchanged for these, because of my warranty, kept glitching in and out. These headphones are amazing with no interference with crisp sound. So far, these headphones are awesome.

Love the Sony headphones. I have the Sony headphone set up in my theater room which is great and also in my son bedroom. I would definitely recommend these if you're looking for great quality.

My son wanted these so when he studies or reads he can drown out the sound around him... Well they are GREAT! A little to great, because now I literally have to poke him when I am trying to get his attention!

Got them to use to watch an older tv ( no Bluetooth) while exercising on an elliptical. Work great! Rest on my head comfortably even when i am sweaty. Provide clear sound while dampening the sounds of the exercise equipment.
