Product not working

On christmas he open his gift put it on the charger thing it came with, that thing never charge . Don't even buy it

Pretty good product

Only thing I had to return it is because it's not made for smaller heads. It kept slipping down on me. There's no way to adjust your size of a head to fit. Other than that it did its job

Excellent help but faulty headphones

But then I got excellent help. Unfortunately, the TV headphones were not working properly. I had to return them but was given a full refund with no questions asked. I'll go back to try another pair soon.
