Not as great as hoped

The sound quality is ok, it's not as great as my sound system. I had hoped for better sound.

The volume control is set so even with the surface of the ‘arm’ that it is difficult to lower or raise the volume wheel. One must actually take the head set off every time one needs to adjust the volume. All other wireless head sets I bought from Best Buy had the adjustment wheel a fraction of an inch higher that the surface of the arm. I will make a definite point to check for this problem on any future purchases.

Source Problem
