I thought they might automatically mute the TV, but I have to turn down the volume till none on the TV and the headphones work well. Charging base is quirky, but manageable.

Amazing and comfortable

My mother in law is hard of hearing and we were tired of hearing her TV at 11 pm when we are all trying to sleep. We bought these for her and she loves them. Can put her shows on as loud as she wants, without keeping everyone up.

If not careful the cover for the battery compartment comes off. it is also hard to adjust the volume.

The headphones are not working when I am hooked up to apps on my television. I have cable network.
