So, I use this headset primarily to attend office meetings. The voice clarity is excellent. I can also clearly distinguish voice of different people in the meeting. The secondary use of this headset for me is to listen to music, podcast etc. I am extremely satisfied with voice clarity of this headset and I would recommend it to my friend.

I called Sony they said it was a cosmetic issue, so it was not covered by the warranty. Do not buy
