    Bought these for myself at Christmas , as a present . Am a 70 year old, disabled and on a fixed income of 1700 a month. Choice Sony cause of good reputation. Headband snapped apart after 3 months .. contacted geek squad. No response.

    I was really expecting the sound quality to be really high resolution but was shocking to discover it was pretty low quality sound the SOUNDCORE Q30 is way better than this 200$ sony headphone overpriced and poor quality sound

      Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WHXB910N. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. The noise canceling function is effective in low frequency ranges such as airplanes, trains, offices, near air-conditioning, and is not as effective for higher frequencies, such as human voices. For optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Headphones Connect app). You may also find this link helpful:

      Charging is completed in about 3.5 hours (empty battery to its full capacity). The charging time may differ depending on the conditions of use. It is recommended to use a USB AC adaptor (commercially available) capable of supplying an output current of 0.5 A (500 mA) or more. Make sure to also use the supplied USB Type-C cable.
