    Bass is definitely there. Sound is decent not the best. Comfortable around my head.

    Issue with HP laptop

    The headphones is not working properly with HP elitebook laptops, the stereo qnd the hands free modes arr not working properly, if I enable both then I am not able to hear the sound in stereo mode

If you are trying to use your Sony XB910N Bluetooth headphones for video calls on a computer, you need to make sure that the speaker and microphone settings are set correctly.     Sony NOT noise cancelling

    I took these on a flight from Newark to Cabo and they didn't cancel the noise any better than my JBL head phones, may be worse. Also the words lagged to a movie I was watching.

      I would also suggest you check the audio/video sync settings on the connected Bluetooth device.

      Please note: The audio playback on the headset may be delayed from that on the transmitting device, due to the characteristics of Bluetooth wireless technology. As a result, the sound may not be in sync with the image when viewing movies or playing games.

    Randomly stopped working

    worked great for about 1 year but, after not using them for 5 days, the left side just stopped working. Didn't touch them or go near them...

    Does not connect to Samsung TV's or PS5's

    This is a known problem. Sony has not fixed and there's no indication of it happening. Great if you just want it for a phone.

Regarding your concern, the Bluetooth function of these headphones are designed to receive an audio signal from audio devices that support the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) Bluetooth® profile (Ex. TV, Mobile phones, smartphones, music players, etc.). If your Samsung TV supports Bluetooth A2DP, then you can connect our WH-XB910N so you can get the audio from the PlayStation 5.     I returned the headphones, the headband hurts my head i didn’t even stand wearing them for 20min i decided ti pay $80 more and got the Bose

    The earpiece disconnected 2 months after purchase. Neither Best Buy nor Sony stood by the product. The headphones are flimsy and poorly made.

    Bad white noise when noise cancelling us enabled. They fall off very easy and are not comfortable.

    These headphones were worth every penny. I use them all the time, they're very comfortable and dont clamp too hard on my head. The noise canceling is nice, they block out sounds pretty well (but not all the way). I like the touch features on the right side, helps to pause music when someone wants to talk right away. The battery life is excellent as well, I can use it daily for weeks without charging.

    Did not work for me. Noise cancelation seemed to be off. little bits of background noise would be actively played through the headphones. Sound was good.

    for years i was an exclusive apple customer. after my airpod pros started to not hold a charge i wanted to buy the apple over ear headphones, but changed my mind when i saw the price. i wanted something noise cancelling with good battery life that wasn’t $500. after some research i took a chance on these and i am glad i did! they’re comfortable, have an extremely long battery life, and great sound quality!! they connect effortlessly and i love them.

    The previous model was better for sound quality. But its not too bad i guess...im repurchasing the old one while i still can. Try the higher model

    HARD HITTING BASS!!!

    These headphones have very, very hard-hitting bass. Great for music lovers who like a little more texture on the low end of you songs. I won't suggest these for the studio to make music with, but after you compose your mixes, they're perfect for playback, especially bass-heavy music (such as hip hop, at least that what I use mine for). With Bluetooth features, noise cancelling, and the app for fine tuning the highs, mids, and lows, you just can't go wrong with these. Especially at this price!
