There is no plastic creaking like in the cheaper version. The noise cancelling works very well. Primary use is movie watching. They do ok. Sound quality doesn’t compare to a speaker bar, but is alright. The most annoying function is the swipe up/down for volume. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. You end up swiping a hundred times and then accidentally swiping forward-skipping what you’re watching. Battery life lasts a long time-several movies. Quick charge works well for when they die.

That's about where it ends because audio quality is subjective. They are very flat sounding. Not much treble and for "extra bass" headphones, there's isn't much. With that said, I like treble and bass so these just weren't for me, especially for their price. But if you like that more flat sound, these may be great for you. Oh and the touch controls are awful. Trying to change the volume is ridiculous. Lots and lots and lots of swiping with little change.

The only negative I've found is the volume control. It's just a personal preference for me. I don't like the swipe up and down on the ear muff, I prefer a wheel.
