They're loud and feel comfortable. Not great for running or working out in, however great for walking and household chores / yard work. Easy to use Sony App and the Bluetooth connection was easy.

The only negative I've found is the volume control. It's just a personal preference for me. I don't like the swipe up and down on the ear muff, I prefer a wheel.

I am not one to splurge on expensive headphones, but my wife asked for some noise canceling headphones and these definitly are great. They get the job done, but I would not pay full retail price for them. I do not really know how they conpare to other brands, but it amazes me every time I put them on and the sound around me basically shuts off and it seems like I am in a sound vacuum. I am impressed!

All modes work very well, noise cancelling does a great job of blocking out all surrounding sounds and the ambient mode allows you to have conversations with no issues. The sound quality when listening to music is amazing, bass, mids and low tones are great for this price range.

Sound quality is actually comparable. Although the higher end Sony's will always have superior noise cancellation, this is my honest opinion on best bang for your buck Sony wise.
