It feels like constant pressure against the ear. Luckily, it can be turned off with the app.

When the Adaptive Sound Control on the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app is turned on, the wearer's actions, like walking or running, are detected. The noise canceling function is automatically adjusted and the Ambient Sound Mode may be activated according to these actions. I consider this as a budget-friendly version of the XM4s from Sony. The only thing I don't like is how sometimes when I accidentally brush against the touch sensor, the firmware seems to crash (? loud buzzing noise followed by the headphones shutting off) but upon research it seems like this is common with these types of headsets. Other than that if you're looking for a pair of headphones perfect for the gym, this is my recommended go-to (:

The real excitement came after the setup and first listening to their favorite music. Wow! Was the most used response. This headset is lightweight and fits very well. The controls on the earpiece respond quickly and it’s almost as if you forget you’re wearing them. Noise cancellation is excellent!
