My music is so clear and it feels so immersive. They are very good at cancelling out quiet ambient sound, but I wouldn't use them to cancel really loud noise, unless you are also playing something through them. It only cancels the noise really well when there is music playing.

I can crank it up and not disturb anyone! Instructions not exactly clear on pairing but Best Buy Sony salesman told me to make sure blue light is blinking continuously (must hold down until blinking starts) after powering on. Works great now.

Disappointed, not as good as the Sony 900n!

I've had the original XB 500's (back in 2010), that I bought from Bestbuy that were wired and honestly still going strong with my old ipod. Since then I have bought the XB 700, several XB 950bts, and most recently the Sony 900n and 1000 v. 4. All are really great headphones, and I figured these would be as well. Sadly, for the following reasons, I can't recommend this headphone and sadly, I'll be returning this and the other 910s I bought for Christmas presents to best buy. For the following reasons, the headphones, just aren't great. 1. They have noticably way less bass than the Sony 900n's. I mean like night and day, the Sony 900n's honestly sound much better than the 910s. I downloaded the software and played with the equalization, even trying custom to max out the bass, and it just isn't impressive at all. 2. They are MUCH quieter than the 900n's and the sony 1000 v.4's and Studio beat 3s that I have. Even having the volume maxed out all the way on my Iphone 12 pro max, and turning the sliders all the way up to 10 on the equalizer, its max is about 65-70 percent of the Sony 900n's. Night and day difference in sound and the 900n just flat out sounds much better. So does the Beat Studio 3s and the 1000 v. 4s. 3. The mics on this suck. I tried making several calls and v. the 900n and especially 1000 v. 4 by Sony, the people on the other send said that the volume was much quieter, and much more muffled. 4. I will say that the noise cancelling is better than the 900n's, but not as good as the 1000 v. 4s. It's decent, but the overall build quality isn't as good as the 900n or the 1000 v.4. 5. The only thing I can say I like better about the 910 than the 900 are that it comes with a nice case, and when you power it on, it says power on and blue tooth connected which is nice and like the 1000 v.4. The 900 just will say power on, but not blue tooth connected. All the new Sony's really seem to do well with automatically connecting with my iphone. 6. If I could, I'd give this a 2.5 stars. I personally will be returning and I'm buying more Sony 900n's while they are still available and when on sale, they're a better headphone at a better price than the 910n in my opinion.

I really like the noise cancelling feature and it blocks out other voices in the room from coming across when on business calls. The battery seems to die quickly for some reason. The fitting is kind of weird. They feel like they could slide backward on my head.

I work at a golf course and I ride a lot of loud tractors. I have to remove once in awhile to make sure tractors are running properly. Would recommend.

Noise canceling is great blocks out more sound than i expected. Only downside is that out the box it sounds kinda muted and you need to use the app to change it.

My only complaint is that after a couple hours of wearing them my ears hurt a wee bit, but these are my first pair of noise canceling headphones and they may all do that. I am more sensitive than the average person as well.
