If you haven’t already, download the Sony | Headphones Connect App which gives you the ability to adjust audio levels and sound field modes according to your preferences. You may also find different devices will perform better than others, as will different apps due to different types of audio compression and transmission. AI is very good, and her voice is very pleasing. Noise cancelling is some of the best, and for sure the best at this price point.
