I believe that Sony always has the best quality when it comes to headphones, but these just didn't fit my head right. However, they were still beautifully crafted.

Loved the headphones, great sound! But took them back as they aren’t the best when going to the gym, but overall would recommend.

Amazing noise cancellation, & Interactive Features

sound quality isn’t like driving in a car… It doesn’t give me a whole “escape” type of experience that I’m going for. there’s options to adjust the sound custom to you’d like to listen to music, but I’m not a sound producer, And I normally just take a song at the value it’s produced at. maybe because I’m not a techy, But the headphones says it’s compatible with iPhone, However it’s not easy switching between songs/ raising volume playing and pausing music when my headphones slide off my head.. my ears get so sweaty using these : ITS NOT A WORKOUT friendly headphone purchase. I kind of Wish I cld see if the More expensive ones do better.. I got these discounted at $150 at Best Buy, I’m glad I didn’t buy at Full price, Sans much research. None of the videos I saw included that these weren’t great for sweaty ears or keeping busy. More for leisurely listening to music sitting upright on the couch, otherwise they slip right back or Forth and off to the floor. Better add protection for myself, these headphones did not keep up.

The Sony WH-XB910N’s (910N’s from now on) are my fourth pair of Sony headphones with my previous, the XB900N being the direct predecessor to the 910N. I have enjoyed the XB900N for quite some time and it is a very good headphone so therefore I wondered how Sony could have improved these headphones and improved they have. Inside the box, we have a lightweight hard carrying case, the headphones, a USB type C cable, a 3.5mm cable along with the usual paperwork. These headphones are designed just like any other Sony headphone and pretty much looks the exact same. Comparing them to the previous iteration though, they are noticeably lighter and feel much more comfortable while wearing. Specifically, both the headband and the earcup cushions are much more comfortable, allowing for many hours of wear with no discomfort. This is coming from someone with a big head, so this is very significant as I am sure my head stretches the headband further than the typical person. The left headphone has the on/off button, the Noise cancelling/ Ambient noise button the USB charging port and the headphone jack. On the other hand, the right headphone is touch-capacitive. I must point out that the touch controls are much more responsive and seemed improved from the previous generation. Swipe up/down to increase/decrease volume, swipe forward/backwards to skip to the next track and previous track respectively etc. I almost must mention that you can quickly enter ambient noise mode by placing your hand over the right earcup, removing your hand instantly returns you to noise-cancelling mode. The speed at which this is achieved has been greatly improved and I don’t notice a significant delay when switching modes this way. When it comes to sound, Sony has never failed me, and with the 910Ns this is another great addition to the lineup of great-sounding Sony headphones. By default with no changes to the settings, these sound fantastic right out of the box but with the Headphone app, you can customize your sound through the equalizer. Music comes through loud and clear and the bass on these are great you can feel every thumb and punch through the headphones and if you need more of a kick you can crank it up through the app. Noise-cancelling works great, I tested this while walking around in a busy and noisy setting (city streets, trains) and it is here the effect was most impressive. It suppresses so much outside noise it is always a shock when I take off the headphone and realise how loud everything around me was and I greatly appreciate this feature. What else is there to say? These headphones are fantastic. There is multi-point pairing that allows you to connect to two devices simultaneously, phone calls sound great from both my perspective and that of the person I am talking to and battery life is great with Sony stating that it lasts 30 hours with Noise-cancelling on and 50 hours with Noise-cancelling off. The XB910N are a great addition to the Sony lineup and I am very impressed with all the improvements that have been made. I’ll definitely suggest these headphones to friends and family as I do to you now.

Good sound quality. Good noise canceling with interesting tap features

They fit nicely into a backpack, and the case protects them during transport. Bluetooth pairing is effortless. Because of their excellent fit, they can cancel out almost all noises.

These are great sounding headphones, but within 5 months, the earpad started to thin out and rip. I must say I was very unhappy to learn that this is not covered under warranty, because it's considered to be a "cosmetic" damage! This isn't something I'd expect from this product.

They are good for their value, only thing I don't like is if you touch somewhere on the sides of the headphones accidentally it activates my siri and my siri starts typing a text to my ex

Excellent upgrade from my old headphones. Ive never cared about noise canceling features but I was really surprised by how much noise these things keep out. Default sound settings are great but you can change them with the Sony Headphones app if you want. I was disappointed by the lack of control buttons though.

These were great to begin with, but after only a few months, the clarity and bass had a noticeable drop in quality. Maybe the speakers wear out quickly? I always store them in their case, and never use them at full volume. The app that comes with them has their own equalizer, but I have to turn off my phones equalizer settings to utilize it, otherwise they contradict each other and the sound quality is horrible. That took a while to figure out.

The product was great and quickly became an essential self regulation support device for my two neurodiverse children to navigate sensory overloads in public. But after less than 6months of use, the plastic joint on the Right headphone cracked and the headphone piece dangles uselessly by its cord. Glues cannot fix it because that joint is a critical stress point in the design. My child is beside themself with anxiety and grief. For this price-point I would not expect disposable product quality.

I love my Sony headphones, specially on a plane. Best purchase in the last two years.
