Very satisfied with the tonal quality and base. Comfortable to wear for some time. These are the best headphones I've worn since I worked in radio as a disc jockey for 25 years.

Like other one star and 2 stars reviews indicated the volume is too low even at the highest level. Not loud enough at all when cranked up all the way on iPhone. Heck, my Mpow $18 headphones are much louder than this. I do not see how others rate this so high at 4 and 5 stars. I was truly disappointed in Sony. I missed Best Buy’s return window by 2 days. But I still returned this and got store credit for future purchase on something else. Glad I returned them and was not forced to keep something I barely enjoyed.

Better than the 900's but not by much. All are way to expensive for what you get, if priced at $125, I would give them a 5 star. Still have dropouts but not as much as the 900's

Multiple Wi-Fi devices, microwave ovens, cordless phones, or devices that transmit 2.4 GHz band frequency radio waves can cause the sound to cut out. To improve transmission, set the headphones to prioritize on stable connection and see if it resolves the problem.
1. Launch the Sony Headphones Connect app.
2. Set the Sound quality mode to Priority on stable connection.
If the problem continues on the WH-XB910N headphones, please make sure that your headphones are running on the latest firmware version. The software includes key features, applications, bug fixes, and feature improvements. For instructions, please visit the link below.

I was looking for a good set of high quality headphones for running, travel, and casual listening. These do the job but are kind of expensive…. If you want the extra bells and whistles then maybe they’re worth it? I’ll keep since I got them on a great sale.

They block out most of the outside noise and even have a mode to block out and wind or humming near by. They also have a super punchy bass which makes music fun to listen to but can sometimes be overbearing
