Not very loud, bass disappointing, subdued audio

Like other one star and 2 stars reviews indicated the volume is too low even at the highest level. Not loud enough at all when cranked up all the way on iPhone. Heck, my Mpow $18 headphones are much louder than this. I do not see how others rate this so high at 4 and 5 stars. I was truly disappointed in Sony. I missed Best Buy’s return window by 2 days. But I still returned this and got store credit for future purchase on something else. Glad I returned them and was not forced to keep something I barely enjoyed.

Amazing Headphones!!

They're super comfortable and the sound is amazing as well as the noise cancelling feature. I use them to hear music, podcasts and when reading so I can tune out the noise.

I think the only downside is that anc does not auto disable when you are talking to someone lol. For the price of $123? I think its worth every penny except the looks when you put it.

The leather for the headphones was also pretty comfortable so you can pretty much have them on for hours without any discomfort. Wouldn’t recommend for workouts that involve a lot of moving because they can easily fall from your head. Overall solid headphones.

Bluetooth interference is a bit high

Getting them connected can be tough. Also, the sound quality can be hit or miss. It seems like an issue with the bluetooth connection. I don’t have any sound issues with my old Sennheisers.

The noise cancelling will not completely nullify sounds but it is enough to block louder noises.
