My only complaint is the cord is way longer than it needs to be and gets on the when I am at the gym, unless I put it under my shirt.

Posted .Hi ChristineL, thank you for the review on the Sony - WIC100, we are sorry to hear that you find the sound to be extremely loud to the point that it is irritating. That's definitely not the experience we want you to have. We would like to recommend some steps to see if the situation gets better. 1- You can try to lower the volume on the Sony Sound Connect app this will give you more control on how much volume you want . 2- Check within the sound connect app for the 'Equalizer' there you should have some pre-set audio settings you can try and play with to see which one fits your needs.
