I had a $10 gift certificate, and when I returned the item, they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to get my $10 gift certificate back into my account. I never got it back. I would like that back and to be compensated for something else as well.

Face it, these Bluetooth buds are designed to die. Find a killer deal or take solace in the fact you only lost 25 bucks when these kick the bucket.
