Great battery life, decent sound. However, I've had the right ear stop working on 3 pairs in less than a year each time. I went to the effort of having Sony warranty one of them, which they did without any qualms. Debating whether to warranty this 3rd one or buy something 'better'.

I purchased these in May 2025 and they lasted less than a year! They went oit on me on 4/23/26. This is the 2nd pair of similar Sony BT corded earbuds I've owned. The previous model had magnetic earbuds that would stick together when around your neck, but these do not so I've lost several rubber tips. Also, i was never able to use these for calls as the other person couldn't hear me. All in all, only good as headphones, but there are better options for around the same price.

Mixed feelings about this product. The sound is really good for a fairly inexpensive Bluetooth e arbud set, true to Sony standards. However, even the largest rubber ear pad insert provided is too small and they fall out too easily when moving at all. Will need to find larger, 3rd party in-ear rubber pads to put on these earbuds so that I can use this without them falling out a lot. ALSO, why does this product make you download the Sony Sound Connect App when you pair the device the first time? You don't need this, it doesn't really do anything, Sony collects & shares your data as you must agree to the EULA & Privacy Policy, and it's 46 Megs of crap taking up more space on your phone. I'm uninstalling this App. If I knew this in advance I wouldn't have purchased these, so I say you should consider other products at least until Sony makes bigger, more secure rubber in-ear pads.

Purchased for my 10 year old because she forgot her over the ear headphones at her grandparents house. She was not happy with my choice. However, after 2 days she no longer desires to where the over the ear headphones. She admits she loves these and they are comfortable to wear.

I brought these to replace another older pair of sony headphones.they are good quality for the price. Happy with the battery they last all day no problem. Connect to my phone with no Issues.

Great portable headphones for the price. Sony headphones sound quality has always been exceptional for specific models 's price range. What I especially love about these headphones are the capabilities when connected with the Sony Headphones app. I even used the 360 Reality Audio feature using the relevant apps and compatible platforms and available streaming selections. Therefore the capabilities of these headphones are pretty expensive for being a fairly inexpensive device. I had a prior model that had magnets to connect the earpieces when not in use but that is not a negative enough to remove a star.

Easy setup and work well. Got this for my grandfather who is not tech savvy and it’s simple enough for him to work them. Sound is good.

Quality product at a modest price. Love the comfort!

Sound quality is fine, but everything else about these are annoying. There's nothing to help them stay in your ears, so they fall out easily. The weight of the charging pack and volume rockers are so high that they are always pulling down on your ears with nothing to help offset that (like some kind of clip). Really wouldn't recommend these. There are better options on the cheap.

These are great - long battery life and good sound. Nice that they do not get lost like ear buds!

These Sony WIC100 are the best! Best sound and best fit too. I own several pairs already snd use them every day. A very good buy.

Price amazing sound great but people complain that they can’t hear me when they call me . Also they are kinda boneless lol they really don’t stay around your neck . Great for temporary though oh but battery life the best you’ll ever get

Easy to use and long battery life. Sounds great with music or phone calls.

This is my 2nd pair of these. My first pair lasted 5 years until I accidentally broke them. The battery life last a long time and I prefer the wire round my neck as opposed to pods that I always lose. Great sound quality as well.

Good for day to day activities and doesn't take too long to charge

Good battery life, just needs a magnet to keep like the competition, others alike don't have the same battery life as Sony does
