Super quick grab my online order for me. But the only thing that stood out was the end comment. Simple but effective. By saying " If you have any issues or problems to come see them personally to get it right" personal accountability is priceless. In many stores employees are quick to pass on blame instead of rendering any issues. So this was refreshing to hear in your store. I honestly hated the headset but loved the service.
