If you turn your head, what I assume is the Bluetooth receiver falls over your shoulder and catches when you turn your head back. They also produce a lot of noise when they bump against your body. Sure, they're not designed for running, but any kind of walking, biking, or head movement will cause these small but constantly annoying issues.
