The surrounding sound was not very loud but with these headsets on, the surrounding sounds were louder than with the person I was talking to on call. Poor voice quality. Returned.

No matter how loud I turned up the volume, it was still extremely quiet, and I only used them maybe a total of 5 times. Booooo....

They worked for a week and a half and then the left earbud stopped working. Even when they were working normally, the sound was extremely tinny. Spend your money elsewhere. These are not the headphones you are looking for.

It sometimes loses connection when my phone is in my pocket. Drops connection at random times and the range is quite small. I can barely cross the room without it dropping connection.
