One worked $& connected immediately but the second failed to ever connect . I Returned the defective pair and got another . These head phones have low volume and are not that great. I assume they are s ok given the $19.99 price . I will pay more and get better quality

But they are pretty useless when they WILL NOT STAY CONNECTED. I have a new iPhone so there is no reason for this. Upon doing research I have found this is very common. Back to Best Buy they will go!

The wire is a little longer than other ones I've had but the two "boxes" on the side give it good balance so it doesn't hang to one side.
