    I recommend upgrading(for like 10 more bucks) to the Sony WI-XB400 which I bought to replace these. Better sound, less glitches.

    They are perfect for music but no good to talk with people using the Bluetooth

    Sony could have made this product with comfort.. falls out of your ear too often and wraps around your neck so it's easy to lose. Also, quality of connection can be bad because it shuts on and off while on a call..

    My husband's hearing aids do not function well. Thus, he wants the volume of the TV at 60 instead of 19.
