No matter how loud I turned up the volume, it was still extremely quiet, and I only used them maybe a total of 5 times. Booooo....

The other person on the call couldn't hear me at all. It worked fine except for the calling issue. I wouldn't recommend this product.

They worked for a week and a half and then the left earbud stopped working. Even when they were working normally, the sound was extremely tinny. Spend your money elsewhere. These are not the headphones you are looking for.

It sometimes loses connection when my phone is in my pocket. Drops connection at random times and the range is quite small. I can barely cross the room without it dropping connection.

Got them on sale but even then we’re not worth as little as I paid for them. Poor audio quality, controls were horrid, not good for conference calls which is what I wanted to use them for.

They kept popping out of my ears, no matter what size adapter I put on them. And then the sound was so lackluster when I played my music. Sony, you must do better.

Trying to hold a conversation wearing these is useless. Have trouble connecting sometimes on the Bluetooth. Very annoying trying to use these i hate i waste my money even buying on sale was a bad idea.
